I don't find this fix acceptable as the TV should be able to handle the 4K 60hz input on the "Enhanced" 4K setting and not just the downgraded "Standard" 4K setting. It also helps to turn CEC off on the Input Device but this only makes HDMI Handshake on startup faster If you set the TV 4K HDMI Input to "Standard," or if you change the output of the Input Device to 4K 30hz, then no green screen. The issue is caused by a 4K 60hz input from a HDMI source such as a Cable Box when the TV HDMI Input is set to "Enhanced" 4K Mode on the TV. I don't know if this means that the LCD/LED models don't have this issue. And for some reason, I have only seen posts online for Sony OLED TV's. I have a Sony A80J and I am having the same issue and have been working with Sony and others that I have found online, and I believe I know what the issue is.
